Original thinker and creative brand storyteller building the evolution of TMG’s brands from the ground up. Built and created Dragonfly Stories from nothing to a a nimble, in-house agency to deliver quality storytelling across all media including video, digital, print, experiential and live events to multiple touch-points. Marketing our brand by engaging, entertaining and educating our audience.
Rebuilt the creative team through selective hiring and coordinating contractors including Director of Photography, Camera Operators, Video Editors, Production Coordinators and Producers.
Rebuilt the creative technical operations through all new video editing workstations, media servers, cameras and field production equipment and build out of the first TMG Studio. Implementing digital media workflows including Function Point Agency Project Management to ensure all media is properly archived and all deadlines are met.
Upped creative output to from 15 to almost 100 individual pieces of video content per month across all digital media platforms in my first 6 months.
Tested and built out the LinkedIn LIVE infrastructure as one of the first partners and adopters of the new live streaming platform.

2017 - 2018: CREATIVE DIRECTOR, GEORGIA-PACIFIC, leading manufacturer of tissue, pulp, paper, packaging, and building products with household name brands such as Brawny, Quilted Northern, and Dixie cups and tableware.
First Creative Director for Georgia-Pacific, bringing a storytelling narrative to company messaging and branding.
Changed the creative and operational mindset from one-off videos and social media posts to campaigns with cohesive messaging across all deliverables and distribution channels including streaming video, website, social media and more.
Strategized and delivered in just two weeks the most viewed Georgia-Pacific Facebook video to date. “MLK 50 Remembrance” presented GP as a leader in racial & community disparity discussions. Honoring the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on the 50th Anniversary of his assassination, this video shattered all-time views on GP’s Facebook page in just 10 days.
Strategized and executed ‘moving the needle’ campaigns to get ahead of the message vs. reactionary to form connections with the consumer. Combined Americana with modern social and digital media techniques to deliver “We Are,” the story of Georgia-Pacific, one small town at a time. Developed “Sustainability in Action” around the simplicity of one or two images in a series of :15 spots. Docu-reality storytelling designed to be marketing without selling.
Worked closely with HR and GP Studios colleagues to develop and deliver the first VR 360 project. The presentation puts the graduates in the middle of their potential jobs helping to narrow the field of candidates earlier in the process. This is a tremendous cost and man hours savings over training candidates to opt out of the job shortly after starting.
Shepherded a major upgrade to GP Studios, the internal creative production agency, through the introduction of a media server and new tools in post-production. Staged a ‘reintroduction’ of GP Studios, one of the largest studios in downtown Atlanta, to the Georgia film and television industry for potential rental.

Built an amazingly creative team from the ground up and designed a creatively efficient production playground encompassing video production, post production, graphics, animation, studio, production offices and management of 2PB of digital media assets. We managed teams up to 50 for individual projects.
Strategized the creative, Co-Produced and developed production processes and workflows for feature documentaries and programming resulting in maximum efficiency, creative quality and meeting stringent distribution specifications.
